1. Full Access; Billing Authorization

You will receive a 30-day full access to Unify360 platform at no charge. To enroll, you must provide valid credit card information. At the end of the 30-day period, your card will be automatically charged the then-current monthly subscription fee unless you cancel in accordance with Section 4 below.

2. Subscription & Renewal

After your 30-day experience ends, your subscription automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. Fees are billed in arrears on the same calendar day each month. All fees are non-refundable and non-prorated.

3. LBS Pro Advanced Wholesale Discount

If you hold an active wholesale account with LBSPro Advanced, you will receive a 3% discount on all LBSPro Advanced product orders so long as your Unify360 subscription remains active. If you cancel Unify360, you will immediately forfeit eligibility for the 3% wholesale discount.

4. Cancellation

To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of your 30-day experience or any subsequent billing period. To cancel, send an email to support@unify360.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you will lose access to both Unify360 and the 3% LBSPro Advanced discount at that time.

5. Client Data & Ownership

• You retain all ownership rights to data and content you upload to Unify360.
• Unify360 may use anonymized or aggregate data for product improvement but will not disclose your confidential or personal data to third parties.

6. License Grant & Restrictions

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Unify360 during your subscription.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Unify360 is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
• In no event will Unify360’s aggregate liability under these terms exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the state of Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of Unify360 after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Marketing & Newsletter Communications

By providing your email address, you expressly consent to receive periodic emails and newsletters from LBS Pro, including product updates, feature announcements, promotional offers, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by emailing service@lbsproadvanced.com. Your decision to opt out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related messages (e.g., billing notices, support updates, security alerts), which you will continue to receive.
